Learning to BellyDance

Middle-Eastern-style dance gives you a low impact fitness workout, strengthening the whole body, improving both muscle tone and posture. Mixed this with some fun and fantasy while dancing to hypnotic and rhythmic music. There is no age limit, fitness level or size requirement to the study of Belly Dance – come and join us!

ALL ARE WELCOME!!

Classes run during the school terms – start any time.

Open to women and men, of all ages, sizes and experience levels

The Arabian Nights Belly Dancing teachers are very familiar with teaching to groups with mixed levels of experience, so beginner dancers through to experienced dancers are welcome to attend. The workshop emphasizes fun and the joy of movement. These classes are good for women and men of all fitness levels, all ages and all body types.

Belly Dance is a low-impact form of dance that just happens to be a great whole-body workout. Students will be introduced to belly dance moves for all parts of the body, veil, floorwork, solo and group dancing—as well as a little history of this ancient art form.
